As I understand it...
First bit that got Arkin going: NBC interview of soldiers saying you cant have it both ways when supporting them. (YouTube)
William Arkin then says: Troops are Mercenaries and get "obscene amenities" (Malkin)
William Arkin responds to critics: Calls those who disagree "arrogant and intolerant". Insults troops again. (Malkin)
William Arkin goes on Gibson radio show: Troops are "badly schooled" and say "stupid things" (Malkin)
Matt (Blackfive) responds to Arkin: Calls Arkin "least knowledgeable" Mil affairs writer (blackfive)
