See anything out of whack?  Something wrong?

What about now?  It must be obvious!  :)  Was very lucky and belt was fine.... it was the 3 missing nut/bolt that fell off somewhere! Pump had fallen forward into the shroud but didnt touch the A/C compressor below and the bel managed to keep out of the way.

I also got it serviced ect today.  Spent RM140 or so.   After that I fixed the drivers power window AND put my window trim back on after the "locksmith" tried to get the doors open when I had locked the keys inside a few weeks ago.  Anyway, long day today!

WOW promotion

Promoting "WOW" at Times Square.  This was done by allowing the use of a car for another booth and THEIR promo.  Had 3 girls there to hand out flyers.  Promo was two days!  I only went for part of a day though.

Did the valve adjustment

044  101375H  12    <-- number stamped in head.  That makes these "044" heads.  Which ones exactly, setup "how", will not be known til it has to come apart.  Only then will it be known if its a "stock" set.

Pretty easy to do.  Took my time as it was a first time thing for me.  This probably should have been done sooner as the valves were tight with little clearance but I dont think it has caused any problems.

Went to Cambodia

Sorry for delay... took a while to get pics up.

Karmini and I had the opportunity recently (October 12) to go to Cambodia and see a few attractions in and around Siem Reap.  This was our itinerary, along with my comments:

DAY 01 ARRIVAL: SIEM REAP: (D)

- Transfer to check in at your Hotel.  Royal Angkor Resort & Spa

Room was rather nice.  Not 5 star as described, but a strong 3.  Entry hall was spacious and well adorned.  Often some "traditional" musicians were playing nearby - nice touch over piped music. Service was good

- Evening transfer to view sunset from Bakheng Hill

- Dinner with Apsara Dance Show at Restaurant.

Dance show was moved to another night.... but I was SICK and missed it.

DAY 02 SIEM REAP: FULL DAY ANGKOR WAT TOUR (B/L/D)

- Angkor Wat Tour: Visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, the Terrace Of Elephants

and Terrace of the Leper King, Ta Keo and Ta Prohm Temple

- Main Angkor Wat. Phnom Bakheng Hill.

Day 2 was interesting.  Some real talent went into building these sites.  Just so happens we visited the site of a couple of Tomb Raider scenes.

Larger Versions of the pics in this blog entry are available in the photo gallery.

DAY 03 SIEM REAP: TONLE SAP TOUR (B/L/D)

- Breakfast in Hotel

- Visit local market and Les Artisan D’Angkor

They have a school there to teach craft trades.  The students after graduation can go back to their communities with a skill to make goods for sale - mostly to tourist.

- Visit Tonle Sap Tour (The Great Lake) ,Floating Village, Bo Pagoda till sunset

Ok, WOW on the floating village.  Yes, its true: they wash dishes with the same water they do everything else with.  Probably drink it too after its been boiled.  Most "houses" have generators for power AND television.  I even noticed one had a HUGE satellite dish.

So many things I noticed here.  Dont know where to start!  Noticed a one-armed kid floating by using a LARGE COOKING BOWL as a boat.  Yeah, really.  In the midst of it all, was a luxury hotel - floating of course.

Something I did not expect nor could have predicted (given my sheltered life - grin) was the little kids shown in the picture on the left.  When they came along side our boat, the driver of their boat aimed right at us.  Now, it LOOKED deliberate because it was but I couldnt help but wonder if I just witnessed an "accident" to shake our group down for $$.  I was half right!  Just as their boat collided with ours, the two kids leapt from their boat into ours, aided in part but the sudden upswing of their boat due to the impact.

Why?  So they could sell us fresh fruit and cans of soda or beer.  After finishing, their father/brother/? came along side again and they jumped back into their boat.  I noticed soon after that there were a LOT of these boats cruising around.

DAY 04 DEPARTURE: SIEM REAP – K.L. (B)

- Transfer to airport for your departure flight to Kuala Lumpur.

Naturally we made it back safe and sound.  Interesting trip, very educational.  Everything you pay for there is in USD btw.  Still struck by the level of craftsmanship in the old ruins.

We're twinseparable! Happy with his brother, the boy who refused to die | the Daily Mail

They say twins share a strong bond - but the one between Gabriel and Ieuan Jones was unbreakable.

When doctors found that Gabriel was weaker than his brother, with an enlarged heart, and believed he was going to die in the womb, his mother Rebecca Jones had to make a heartbreaking decision.

Doctors told her his death could cause his twin brother to die too before they were born, and that it would be better to end Gabriel's suffering sooner rather than later.

Thriving: Gabriel, right, with his twin brother Ieuan, is now a healthy 12lb 6oz at seven months
