27 มกราคม His name is Rio...
This is Rio Magnus. A mixed breed (muttus miximus) we rescued him from being either abandoned like his brothers and sisters or put down. We brought him home last night. The above pics are from today - the first full day at home. Hoping for a vet visit Monday for a checkup. We already picked up a small cage for those times we need one and a few other bits. Also got a sample of puppy dry food from the supply store. Yea! Freebie! If Rio likes that particular food we will know what to get - if not, we didnt lose anything. Painted my aircleaner and dist cap
The filter setup on the bug was rusty and quite unsightly. I priced a replacement after FINALLY tracking one down. Very VERY expensive with an asking price of over RM300! I opted instead to clean my old filter (and re-oil) and paint the top cover. Got it kinda close to body color with some experiementing. While at it, I painted the dist cap to match. Why? Cuz I could. 20 มกราคม Hainan Chef - Summit SJHogg Tied (the knot)
Had a nice dinner recently at a reception for Ronn Hogg and Rene Tan. Took place at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Nice place, had a good time. Congrats to the couple! 12 มกราคม Got my Astro guide working again
Man this has been a pain lately. I enjoyed trouble free "guide use" until a week or so ago. Background: Im using WindowsXP Media Center '05 to view Astro programminng. Took quite a while to figure out but I guess Astro made changes that meant my older versions of TVxb and BR would no longer work very well. I could view TV just fine but couldnt get guide info for many channels much of the time. So I updated. Nothing worked, NO guide at all. Turns out the solution wasnt too bad, the paths were all wrong in the INI TVxb uses. TVxb-1.0108 coupled with Blade Runner Pro3.5 for Media Center 2005. Shown below are the paths for the files needed. If you have this working for you but lately experienced trouble getting guide data I suggest checking your software versions and INI config. If interested, I have placed the above image and the INI file online for download. HERE It isnt perfect. I notice I still get the odd error here and there with guide data but it might be an Astro issue - if you find any mistakes LET ME KNOW. Not messing with it anymore today. Note: you WILL need to edit the INI file for you own use as I have my preferred settings and channels listed. Edit: still having trouble. If you check Astro site you may see this: http://img162.imageshack.us/img162/5665/astromissingchannelsqj9.jpg Comments related to this on terencey.net...
I have not tested in INI, but this SEEMS to get better results in browser: http://media3.mit.net.my/astroguide/guide/index.aspx “old” url: Source: The Green Button |
